 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely, adhering to industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues or failures.
• Install new HVAC units and associated systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Conduct safety inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Provide customers with energy efficiency solutions and advice on maintaining their systems.
• Keep records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• Order parts and components as necessary, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner. No After Hours On Call or Sundays!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical school program in HVAC preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Minimum of [1] years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components related to HVAC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions, especially attic heat. 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification or other advanced HVAC certifications.
• Experience with smart home technologies and modern HVAC control systems.
• Knowledge of green technology and energy-efficient systems.
